Why Rezi exists
The data on hosting keeps pointing at one unglamorous truth: the host who answers first wins. Our own analysis of 92,597 listings found that hosts who respond within the hour hold Superhost status at twenty times the rate of hosts who take days, and that when guests complain in reviews, three out of four complaints are about one thing: messages that never got answered. Not the decor. Silence.
The problem is that the moments guests need you are exactly the moments you are unavailable: asleep, at work, on a flight, or hosting your own family. Hiring a co-host solves it for 10 to 20 percent of revenue. A property management system solves a different problem. Rezi was built to solve just this one, for a flat fee, in about ten minutes of setup.
