Inviting team members to Rezi

Add co-hosts and cleaners to your Rezi account so they can collaborate on the same properties.

Rezi is built for teams. Whether you have one person helping with turnovers or a full co-hosting operation with multiple roles, adding team members lets everyone work from the same platform, same reservations, same alerts, same guest conversations, without confusion or duplication.

Team members each have their own login credentials. When they sign in, they see only the buildings and features you have granted them access to. Actions taken by each team member are attributed to their user account, creating a clear audit trail of who did what and when.

Inviting a team member

  1. 1

    Go to Settings > Team

  2. 2

    Click Invite team member

  3. 3

    Enter their email address

  4. 4

Select their role (Admin, Manager, or Agent, see the Roles & Permissions article for details)

  5. 5

Select which buildings they can access (or toggle All buildings for full access)

  6. 6

    Click Send invite

  7. 7

The team member receives an email invitation with a link to set up their account

Invitations expire after 7 days. If a team member does not accept within that window, you can resend the invitation from the Team settings page. There is no limit on the number of team members you can add on any Rezi plan.

What the invited person sees

When a team member accepts their invitation, they are asked to create a password and set up their profile. From their first login, they see the Rezi dashboard scoped to the buildings and features you assigned. They cannot see billing information, account settings, or buildings outside their access scope unless they have Admin role.

Managing pending invitations

Pending invitations (sent but not yet accepted) appear in the Team settings page with a Pending badge. You can cancel a pending invitation if the person should not have access, or resend it if they lost the original email. Pending invitations do not consume any seat license.

Team members added to Rezi do not automatically have access to your booking-platform accounts (Airbnb, VRBO) or your billing, those are separate credentials. Rezi access grants dashboard access only.

Updating team member access

You can update a team member's role or building access at any time from the Team settings page. Changes take effect immediately, the next time they refresh the dashboard, they will see their updated scope. If you need to temporarily restrict access (e.g., during a team member's leave), you can deactivate their account rather than removing them, which preserves their history and settings for when they return.

Can a team member have access to some properties but not others?
Yes. Property-level access is configurable per team member. A cleaner for one property should not necessarily see guest communications for another. Configure access granularly at the time of invitation or from the team member's settings at any time.
Can I see what each team member has done in Rezi?
Yes. The Activity Log (Settings > Team > Activity log) shows a timestamped record of significant actions by each team member: messages sent, conversations handled, settings changed. See the Activity Log article for details.
Is there a limit on team members per account?
No. All Rezi plans support unlimited team members. There are no per-seat fees.
