What languages can Rezi speak on calls?

Rezi’s voice AI understands and responds in multiple languages, just like its texting.

Rezi’s voice answering speaks multiple languages with a natural-sounding voice. A caller who speaks Spanish gets helped in Spanish, the same way texting works.

On the phone, language support matters even more than over text. A guest with limited English can compose a text with a translation app’s help, but a live call leaves nowhere to hide, and historically meant either struggling through or finding a bilingual relative to call on their behalf. With voice AI that simply speaks their language, that barrier disappears: the guest explains the leak in the words they actually think in, and the details come through accurately.

How it works on a call

The caller doesn’t select a language and there’s no “para español, oprima dos.” The greeting plays in English, and the moment the caller speaks, the AI recognizes the language and continues in it, mid-sentence accents, code-switching households, and imperfect connections included. If a caller shifts language partway through, the AI follows. Comprehension and speech both run in the caller’s language; the facts still come from your one knowledge base, written in whatever language you wrote it.

Same brain, spoken

Voice and text share the same knowledge base and language handling, so callers and texters get consistent answers in their own language.

What this covers in practice

Everything the voice channel does, it does in the caller’s language: answering property questions, quoting availability and nightly rates, walking guests through check-in, and emergency detection, “se inundó el baño” trips the water-emergency escalation exactly as the English would. The transcript preserves the conversation for your records, and any escalation reaches you with the context you need to follow up, including with a bilingual teammate if that’s your setup.

For the full list of supported languages, see what languages does Rezi support.

What language is the greeting in?
The built-in greeting opens in English, but the moment a caller speaks another language the assistant recognizes it and continues in that language. Callers in any language are handled either way.
Does the voice sound natural in other languages?
Yes, the voices are native-quality in the major supported languages, not an English voice mispronouncing Spanish.
What language will the transcript be in?
The transcript reflects the conversation as it happened, in the caller’s language. The interaction record gives you the context either way, and support can help if you need a translation of a specific call.
Is there any setup to enable multilingual calls?
None, it’s on for every voice-enabled building automatically, same as text languages.
