Custom branding in Rezi

Apply your business logo, colors, and name so guest-facing communications look like they come from your brand.

Custom branding in Rezi means that guest-facing touchpoints, email notifications and the help header, display your business name and logo rather than Rezi's branding. This creates a more professional, trust-building experience for guests and reinforces your brand identity even when Rezi's infrastructure is doing the work behind the scenes.

Basic branding (your business name and logo) is available on all Rezi plans. Full white-label branding (removing all Rezi mentions, custom email sending domain) is available on the Growth plan and above.

Setting up basic branding

    Go to Settings > Account > Branding

    Upload your business logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG, max 2MB, optimal size 200x60px)

    Enter your business name as it should appear to guests

  4. 4

    Enter your support email address (shown to guests who need help)

    Save, the logo and name now appear on email notifications and other branded touchpoints

Full white-label (Growth plan)

On the Growth plan, you can configure a custom email sending domain so that email notifications to guests come from your own domain (e.g., notifications@yourcompany.com) rather than from a Rezi domain. This requires adding DNS records to your domain to authorize Rezi to send on your behalf. Setup instructions are provided in Settings > Branding > Custom email domain.

Even on basic branding, make sure your business name and logo are configured before guests start receiving communications. A generic 'Rezi' branded email is less professional than one with your business name. This takes two minutes to set up and makes every communication more polished.

AI conversation branding

AI messages in conversations are sent from your property's phone number, they appear to come from that number without any platform branding in the SMS itself. If a guest asks 'who am I texting?', the AI responds with your configured business name and identifies itself as your AI assistant. The assistant's identity is built in, so the only thing to set for consistent branding is your business name in Settings > Account > Branding.

Can guests tell they are using Rezi's technology?
On basic branding plans, Rezi branding appears on email notifications in small print. On the Growth plan white-label configuration, Rezi's name is removed entirely from guest-facing surfaces. In SMS conversations, there is no platform watermark.
What file formats are accepted for the logo?
PNG, JPG, and SVG are accepted. SVG is ideal for logos as it scales perfectly at any size. For PNG/JPG, use a high-resolution image (at least 400px wide) to avoid pixelation on retina displays. Transparent background PNGs work better than white-background images on colored surfaces.
Can different properties have different branding?
Not currently. Branding is account-wide. All properties under your Rezi account use the same logo and business name. Per-property branding is on the roadmap for future development.
