Using Rezi on mobile
Access Rezi from your phone or tablet via the mobile app or mobile browser.
Hosting rarely happens only at a desk. Whether you are doing a walkthrough, responding to an emergency, or checking on a guest while traveling, you need Rezi on your phone. Rezi provides a mobile experience through both a dedicated mobile app and a mobile-optimized web interface.
Rezi mobile app
The Rezi mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It includes the full dashboard functionality: messaging, guests, contacts, and settings. Push notifications on mobile allow you to receive real-time alerts even when the app is not open. Search for 'Rezi Property Management' in the App Store or Google Play to download.
The mobile app uses the same login credentials as the web dashboard. After logging in, you can enable biometric authentication (Face ID, fingerprint) for faster access on subsequent opens. The app supports all the same team roles and permissions as the web version, a team member who is an Agent on the web has Agent-level access on mobile.
Mobile browser
If you prefer not to install an app, Rezi's web dashboard is fully mobile-responsive. Navigate to rezihost.com and log in from your mobile browser. All features are available, though the dedicated app provides a faster, more native experience with push notifications. On iOS, you can add Rezi to your home screen as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for a near-native experience without the App Store.
Adding Rezi to your home screen (iOS)
- 1
Open rezihost.com in Safari
- 2
Tap the Share button (rectangle with an upward arrow)
- 3
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- 4
Name it (default: Rezi) and tap Add
- 5
The Rezi icon appears on your home screen and opens in a full-screen experience
Push notifications are only available through the native mobile app, not the mobile browser version. If real-time alerts on your phone are important for your workflow, install the app rather than relying on the browser.
Offline access
Rezi requires an internet connection to function. There is no offline mode, all data is stored server-side and requires a live connection to load and update. For areas with spotty connectivity (rural properties, underground parking), the app attempts to reconnect and sync automatically when connectivity is restored.
