Exporting your data from Rezi
Download your guest records and message data for backup or migration.
Your data in Rezi belongs to you. At any time, you can export all of it as CSV or PDF files. Exporting regularly is good practice for backup purposes, and it is essential before canceling your account. Rezi's export tools cover your major data types: contacts and conversations.
Exporting contacts
Go to Contacts > Export to download a CSV of all your guest records. The export includes standard fields (name, phone, email, property, reservation dates) but not message history or internal notes. For a complete contact record including notes, use the per-contact PDF export from the individual contact record.
Exporting message history
Message history is exportable per conversation. Open a conversation, click the three-dot menu, and select Export conversation to download a CSV of all messages in that thread with timestamps, direction (inbound/outbound), and content. There is no bulk conversation export, export is per-contact. For large-scale message archive exports, contact support@rezi-ai.com to discuss options.
Set a quarterly reminder to export your guest contacts and message history. These exports take a few minutes and ensure you always have an offline copy of your critical operational data regardless of what happens to your account.
Full account data export
For a complete data export before account deletion, submit a data export request through Settings > Account > Export account data. Rezi will prepare a comprehensive archive (ZIP file) including all data types and notify you when it is ready for download. This process can take up to 48 hours for large accounts.
