How Rezi billing works
Understand your Rezi subscription, what is included in your plan, and how to manage your account billing.
Rezi is a subscription SaaS product. Pricing is a single flat rate of $45 per listing per month, and your subscription covers the software platform and the messaging and voice that run on it, the AI messaging, the dedicated building numbers, emergency alerts to you, the guest contact management, calendar sync, and all the features in the dashboard.
You can view your current plan, billing history, and next invoice date from Settings > Account > Billing. The billing page shows your plan, the number of listings, the monthly cost, the next payment date, your payment method on file, and a downloadable history of past invoices.
What your Rezi subscription includes
- Rezi AI messaging assistant (powered by your configured AI model)
- A dedicated local phone number per building, for both SMS and AI-answered calls
- Emergency alerts sent to you when something urgent comes up
- Guest contact management
- Calendar sync via iCal (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google, and others)
- Help center and documentation access
- Standard support via email and the in-app help center
Some features are available as add-ons beyond the base subscription: white-label branding, dedicated account management, and priority phone support. Check the Pricing page on rezihost.com for the current add-on pricing and availability.
Adding and removing listings
Because pricing is per listing, your bill scales with how many listings you run. When you add a listing, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period and it appears on your next invoice. When you remove a listing, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Rezi does not offer a free trial. You can review the plan and pricing on the Pricing page before you activate your first listing.
Changing your plan
If your portfolio grows and you need additional features, you can upgrade at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
