Updating your billing information
Change the credit card, billing email, or company details on your Rezi subscription.
Keeping your billing information current prevents payment failures that could interrupt your Rezi access. If your card expires, your company address changes for tax purposes, or you need to use a different payment method, update it before your next billing cycle.

Go to Settings > Account > Billing

Click Update payment method

Enter your new card details in the secure Stripe-hosted form

Save, the new card is used for all future billing cycles
Your payment method is stored and processed by Stripe. Rezi never stores raw card numbers, only a Stripe token that represents your card. Updating your card in Rezi creates a new Stripe token for the new card; your old card is not charged again.
Updating billing contact and address
If your business address or billing contact email has changed (common after company restructuring or office moves), update it in Settings > Account > Billing > Billing details. The billing email receives copies of all invoices. If the billing contact has changed, update this so invoices go to the right person.
Downloading invoices
All past invoices are available for download from the Billing page. Click any invoice in the history list to download a PDF. Invoices include your business name, address, the Rezi subscription details, and the amount charged. These are appropriate for accounting records and tax filings.

Failed billing notifications
If a subscription payment fails, Rezi sends an email to your billing contact with instructions to update the payment method. You have a grace period of 7 days to update your card and pay the outstanding invoice before your account is restricted. Rezi retries the payment automatically during this period. To avoid any interruption, update your payment method as soon as you receive the failure notification.
