Rezi integrations overview

A guide to every integration Rezi supports and what each one enables for your hosting workflow.

Rezi works alongside the tools that power modern hosting: smart locks for keyless access, and iCal feeds for calendar sync with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Google Calendar. Messaging and voice are built in, Rezi provisions and manages the phone number for each property automatically, so there is nothing to connect on your side.

Messaging and voice

SMS and voice are handled entirely by Rezi. Every property gets its own dedicated number, provisioned automatically when you create the property, and it handles both texts and AI-answered calls. You don't manage any carrier account, API keys, or telecom paperwork, it is part of the platform.

Calendar integrations

Calendar integrations use the iCal protocol (an open standard) to sync reservation data between Rezi and booking platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. Rezi both imports reservations from those iCal feeds and exports your Rezi calendar as an iCal URL for the platforms to subscribe to. A Google Calendar can also be connected to add off-platform blocks (owner stays, personal use) to the merged availability.

Smart lock integrations

Rezi integrates with select smart lock platforms to enable automatic access code generation for guest check-ins. When a guest reservation is confirmed, Rezi can generate a unique time-limited access code and deliver it automatically. See the Smart Locks article for supported platforms and setup.

Do I need my own phone or messaging account to use Rezi?
No. Messaging and voice are fully managed by Rezi, each property's number is provisioned and registered for you automatically. There is no carrier account to set up or maintain.
Does Rezi handle guest payments?
No. Guests pay through the platform they booked on (Airbnb or VRBO), and that is where your payouts and protections stay. Rezi focuses on the communication and operations layer.
Can Rezi integrate with other tools I use?
Calendar sync and smart locks are the supported integrations today. For moving data in and out of other tools, Rezi supports CSV export. Additional integrations are on the product roadmap.
