Connecting Rezi to your other tools

Use CSV exports to move data between Rezi and the accounting or channel tools you already use.

Many hosts use more than one tool: a channel manager or dynamic-pricing tool for the booking side, Rezi for AI-powered guest communication and operations, and accounting software for the books. Rather than replacing everything, Rezi operates alongside them and moves data out with CSV files.

Using CSV for data transfer

Export guest records from Rezi as CSV files for your own records or for import into accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero). The export covers the standard fields you would need for bookkeeping or a portfolio review.

Clarify which system is the source of truth for each kind of data. Your booking platform owns reservations and payouts; Rezi owns guest communication. Keep each record set updated from the system that owns it rather than maintaining the same data in two places.

Limitations of current integration approach

Rezi does not have native two-way integrations with channel managers or accounting platforms at this time. Data exchange is handled through CSV export, and reservation data flows in automatically through iCal calendar sync. Additional integrations are on the product roadmap.

Can Rezi pull reservation data in automatically?
Yes, through calendar sync. Connect your Airbnb and VRBO iCal feeds and reservations flow into Rezi on their own. See connecting your Airbnb calendar for setup.
What data can I export?
You can export your guest contacts as CSV. See Export your data for the available exports and their formats.
