Exporting reports from Rezi
Download any Rezi report as a CSV for further analysis, sharing, or importing into other tools.
Every report in Rezi can be exported as a CSV file. This allows you to analyze the data in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets, share summary reports, import data into accounting software, or archive historical records. Exports reflect the current filter state of the report, if you have filtered to a specific property and date range, the export contains only that filtered data.
How to export a report
- 1
Navigate to Reports and select the report you want to export
- 2
Apply any filters (date range, property, etc.)
- 3
Click Export CSV in the report header
- 4
Choose whether to export the current view or all data (if applicable)
- 5
The CSV downloads to your browser's default download location
CSV exports use UTF-8 encoding and comma delimiters, which is the standard format compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and most data tools. If you open the CSV in Excel and see garbled characters (especially for international names with accents), use Data > From Text/CSV and specify UTF-8 encoding at import.
Available exports
- Contacts CSV, all guest records with standard fields
- Occupancy CSV, occupancy and rate data by listing and date
- AI Performance CSV, response time, resolution, and escalation metrics
- Message export, per-conversation message history (from individual conversation view)
Scheduling automated exports
Rezi does not currently support scheduled automated report delivery (e.g., a weekly CSV emailed to your accountant). As a workaround, you can create a recurring calendar reminder to export the relevant reports and forward them. Scheduled report delivery is on the product roadmap.
Rezi does not currently offer PDF report generation directly. For PDF reports, export the CSV, open it in your spreadsheet application, format it as needed, and print or save as PDF from there.
Data freshness
Report data is always live, exports reflect the current state of your Rezi account at the moment you export. There is no batch processing delay. For comparable datasets period over period, export at a consistent time each period.
