Changing your email or password

Update your Rezi login credentials, email address, password, or connected social login.

Updated June 10, 2026 3 min read

Keeping your login credentials secure and up-to-date is a basic security practice. If your work email has changed, you need to update your login email before the old email address becomes inactive. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately.

Changing your email address

  1. 1

Go to Settings > Account > Security

  2. 2

    Click Change email

  3. 3

Enter your new email address and confirm your current password

  4. 4

Rezi sends a verification link to the new email address

  5. 5

Click the link in the email to confirm the change

  6. 6

Your login email is updated; use the new email to sign in going forward

Until you click the verification link, your old email address remains active for login. This prevents you from being locked out if you made a typo in the new email. If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam folder, then use the Resend verification option in Account settings.

Changing your password

  1. 1

Go to Settings > Account > Security

  2. 2

    Click Change password

  3. 3

    Enter your current password

  4. 4

Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 12 characters recommended)

  5. 5

Save, your new password takes effect immediately

  6. 6

Active sessions on other devices are signed out

If you forgot your password

On the Rezi login page, click Forgot password and enter your email address. Rezi sends a password reset link. The link expires in 1 hour. If you do not receive the email, check spam, confirm you are using the email address registered with Rezi, and try again. If you have changed your email address since signing up, use the current email.

Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account to protect against unauthorized access even if your password is compromised. See the Enable MFA article in the Security section for setup instructions.

Google or social login

If you signed up with Google or another social login provider, your email address in Rezi is tied to that account. To change it, you would need to add an email/password login to your Rezi account first, then disconnect the social login. Contact support@rezi-ai.com if you need assistance with this process, as it requires a manual step on Rezi's end.

Will changing my email affect my team members or notifications?
Changing your login email does not affect your team members. Your email is your personal credential. Billing invoices and account notifications go to whichever email is configured as the billing contact, update that separately in Settings > Account > Billing if needed.
Can I use the same email for multiple Rezi accounts?
No. Each email address can only be associated with one Rezi account. If you need to manage multiple accounts (e.g., for multiple business entities), use different email addresses for each.
What should I do if I suspect someone else is using my account?
Change your password immediately, then go to Settings > Account > Security > Active sessions to sign out all other sessions. Enable MFA to prevent future unauthorized access. Review the Activity Log for any actions taken during the unauthorized access period.
