Rezi is an AI co-host for Airbnb and VRBO hosts. It answers guest questions instantly, by text message and by phone, using the exact details you give it about each listing. No more answering the same “what’s the WiFi password?” text at 11pm.

If you host short-term rentals, you already know the real job is communication. Guests call about door codes from the airport, message about parking at midnight, and ask about checkout on a Sunday afternoon, and every one of those messages lands on your personal phone. How it actually works

When you set up a property, you give Rezi its knowledge: house rules, check-in instructions, amenities, parking, local tips, and so on. Rezi turns that into a searchable knowledge base. When a guest texts your property’s number, the AI finds the most relevant facts and answers using only your information, never guesses.

That last part matters more than anything else. Rezi is deliberately built to be grounded: if the answer to a question isn’t in your knowledge base, it says so and escalates to you rather than inventing something plausible. Do my guests know they’re talking to an AI?
The assistant identifies as your AI assistant and never claims to be human. How much you call attention to it in your own welcome messages is up to you. Either way, guests get instant, accurate answers, which is what they actually care about.
What happens to my existing phone number?
Nothing, you keep it. Rezi provisions a separate number per property. You can publish the new number to your guests, or forward your old number to it so calls and texts flow into Rezi.
How long does setup take?
Most hosts are live the same day. The quickstart walks you through it in about 15 minutes per property, and most of that is pasting in your house rules and details.
Can I run more than one property?
Yes. You can manage as many Airbnb and VRBO properties as you like in one account, each with its own number, knowledge base, and calendar sync.
